At-home AED System
This At-Home AED Aid is a system design created to for a collaboration project with Physio Control. The goal of this project is to design a system that can help be implimented for AED usage at home.
Statistically, majority of cardiac arrest happens at patients' homes. However, there is only a small percentage of people have AEDs at their homes. This project is designed for a specific group of customers who are at high risks and would need a system that can help them at home.
Challenge:
How to increase the usage of AED at home?
Solution:
Identifying the correct costomer base: people who are inneed of AED, yet is concerned about purchasing one at home
Address their concerns: Find out what is stopping the targeted costomers from purchasing the product and eliminate those problem area
Optimize their experience and improve the product value: Create an effortless user experience so the customers woul think the product is worth purchasing
